Time flies! Looking back for the year of 2011, we are delighted to find that there are so many events worth mentioning, so many persons worth applauding and so many achievements worth enjoying…… Tianhe Group has never been so prosperous and charming!

I. Jan. 18, 2011, our company was conferred “Civilized Enterprise” title by Zhao Haikuan and Wang Caixia, Deputy Director of Anshan Municipal Small and Medium-sized enterprise Bureau.

II. Feb. 20, 2011, China Industry Standard Committee, National Institute of Metallurgy and Liaoning Tainhe Technology Co., Ltd discussed the industry standard of “pre-melting metallurgy materials” at the meeting room of Tai’an Industry Zone. In Jan. 2010, the industry standard of “pre-melting metallurgy materials” formulated in participation of our company was approved.

III. Apr. 15, 2011, Chen Yuntian, Chairman and General Manager of Liaoning Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd, joined the Hainan Bo’ao Forum. During the forum, Chairman Chen Yuntian also participated in “Youth Leaders Round Meeting” held by CCTV Economic Channel, and was interviewed by Hainan TV.

IV.May 6, 2011, President of Liaoning University of Science and Technology and leaders from Tai’an County Committee visited and inspected our company. At 11:00 am, Chen Yuantian, Chairman and General Manager of our company, participated Implementing “Three Talents” Strategy Cooperation Meeting for Liaoning University of Science and Technology and Tai’an County.

V.May 26, 2011, Young Expert Team Composed by Members of Tai’an Natives with Doctoral and Master Degree from Tsinghua University, China Academy of Agricultural Sciences and China Agricultural University visited and inspected Liaoning Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd, accompanied by leaders from Tai’an County Committee and related departments.

VI. Jun. 6, 2011, the First Shareholders’ Meeting of Liaoning Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd was held in the Service Center of Industry Zone.

VII. Jun. 28, 2011, Anshan Municipal Celebration Meeting of 90th Anniversary of Founding of CPC was held in Victory Hall. At the meeting, Chen Yuntian, Chairman and General Manager of Liaoning Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd, was awarded the title of “Anshan Excellent Communist Party Member”.

VIII. Jul. 30, 2011, a heavy storm occurred once every five decades hit Tai’an. All staff of Liaoning Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd pulled together to fight against the storm.

IX. Oct. 19, 2011, Liaoning Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd was accredited as “Provincial Enterprise Technology R&D Center”
